a taste of Norway
In The Mountains
Norway is basically just a big mountain range. There are some patches of dirt here and there that’ll give some crops, but that’s about it. With a cold and harsh climate the tree-line ends at a few hundred meters above the sea and give way heather and rocks. Naked, challenging and rough, this terrain and biotope still have a charm and beauty. Summer pastures in the mountains is an old tradition and farm-buildings and cabins are common. You can also stumble upon sheep and even cattle up high in the mountains and they seem to thrive and enjoy their summer “home”.
